JOB OPPORTUNITY: Technical Officer – Food Security with gender expertise

From the job posting: The Food Security Technical Officer will support all activities for the IDEAL Program. S/he will contribute to the coordination of the knowledge-uptake components of IDEAL, including by local organizations through collaboration with IDEAL Program Regional Facilitators, and help drive program sustainability by helping with the transition from direct delivery of capacity building to self-sustaining models. S/he will contribute to the development and implementation of training sessions in Washington, DC and field locations, including collation, development or refinement of tools and guides and coordination of program thematic groups. S/he will contribute to essential program management tasks and be an IDEAL representative at meetings in Washington, DC.
