UN Habitat issued a proposal calling for "Improving Tenure Security of Smallholder Farmers in Select Areas in Uganda."

The aim is to improve land and natural resource security among rural farmers, including women, youth and vulnerable groups in some areas of Northern Uganda.

Deadline to submit is October 26th!
