JOB OPPORTUNITY: Consulting positions for gender-based violence prevention and response, gender assessments and training

We frequently rely on short-term assistance which brings specialized skills and knowledge to these areas that drive our successful programs.

We are currently seeking consultants for both proposal and implementation needs, and seek qualified individuals to lead the technical writing for Save the Children’s proposal needs and to provide input into the technical design, including program description, work plan, management plan and implementation plan of the project. S/he may also coordinate input of technical staff/writers on their technical narratives and strategies. As well, this person may be responsible for leading specific initiatives within a current project. Our core program areas include: public health, livelihoods, food and nutrition, gender equality, child protection and education, giving children a healthy start to life. Typical assignments last three to six weeks and may require travel to field posts.
